• Corrections. If a formula, figure, or cited source on the site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what you think it should say. Corrections go to the front of the queue.
• Redemptions we don't cover yet.Loyalty programs, transfer partners, or booking scenarios the calculators can't currently handle.
• General questions. Questions about how the site works or how to apply something on it to your situation.

Response time

There's no service-level promise here — PointCents is run by one person, and replies can take a while. Every message is read, and reported errors are acted on before anything else. If you've flagged a factual mistake and haven't heard back, send it again.
